Processing & Shipping Time

• In-stock items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Pre-order items: Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

Pre-Order & Regular Item Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
