We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of your order being delivered. Please note that there is a $15 return/handling fee for returns. For store credit, 100% of the paid value will be returned. The return window starts from the day the order has been fulfilled. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

No Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges for any jewelry purchases. If you wish to receive a different piece, we advise you to request a return for your current item and place a new order for the piece you would like instead.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
